Franco-German Couple, rights on children
It is important to know that in the case of separation, following the German legislation, the parents of non-germans have very few rights, if any, on their children.
This problem is accentuated in the years four-twenty-ten when Germany has regained her freedom. In 2003, Europe has taken measures regarding the custody of children and parental responsibility (Brussels convention 2201/2003), which stipulates that any decision taken by one member State is automatically applicable in another european State. But the Germans deceived their european partners. The country will lose 15 million people in the next fifty years, has exploited its administrations of family justice in order to maintain on its territory, all children born in Germany. To do this, it uses an institution, the “Jugendamt” which puts them under the guardianship of the judge and has all power over the children. It is not a question of germanophobie. But there is a discrimination unimaginable in all of Europe. This is a problem of State. It is a true scandal at the heart of Europe.
In Germany, the child belongs to the State. The French government must warn its fellow citizens and explain to all those who go to Germany they will never be able to leave the country with minor children. It is a reality that we can no longer hide.
