The law firm Fidal innovates with the creation of Talent Up excellence training unique focus on personal development and the strengthening of managerial skills, internal to the firm and developed with the HEC school.
Unique in the legal profession, this program aims to promote the evolution of behaviors in a world in rapid transformation. A promotion’s inaugural was launched in the beginning of the year, for the benefit of the firm’s lawyers.
Fidal has imagined Talents Up, a training course, developed according to a series of thematic modules and will be delivered by stakeholders of the HEC campus to Jouy-en-Josas.

The first promotion, consisting of forty managers of Fidal, began in February and will be completed in early 2018. Eventually, more than 300 managers who will benefit from this program.
The thematic modules were designed, dedicated to leadership, management and HR, as well as to the fundamentals of business management (strategy, finance, change management and project management).
A certificate issued by HEC
Talents Up is aiming to offer each participant the opportunity to decrypt it otherwise the economic environment, better know themselves, understand others better, take a step back on its business and its economic environment that is experiencing profound changes. Several objectives among which the work on the posture of the manager, the management by the trust and strengthening the customer relationship.
This program is a source of development and value creation for each of the learners, their teams and their customers.
The monitoring of this training will result in the awarding of a certificate issued by HEC, and after the defence of a thesis relating to projects presented to the members of the management board.
